These are rubber elastic bands available in all of the 9 belt colors. You can place it on the shackle of a padlock, around the neck of a key, on a keyring, or any other way you decide to use them.
While these are elastic, they do not stretch a ton. The size offered should stretch enough to fit over the majority of padlock shackles.
