Before you contact 44 Delta, please be aware that once a package has been handed off to a courier, it is out of 44 Delta's hands. 44 Delta does not have any additional insight into the status of your package that you don't already have with your tracking number.
Please do not contact 44 Delta about package status unless the following amounts of time have past:
For domestic shipments, 44 Delta does not consider your package as potentially lost unless at least 14 days have past since you received your tracking information.
For international shipments, 44 Delta does not consider your package as potentially lost unless at 6 weeks have past since you received your tracking information. (It has been the case in a few instances that a package was held up in customs and didn't arrive for 5 weeks).
