Upon popular request, here is a 44 Delta branded American Lock 1100. This lock is good for a green belt in the Lock Pickers United (LPU) community.
This is a black anodized American Lock padlock (A1106BLK1KEY) etched with various 44 Delta graphics and logos. Those design elements are:
Front Face:
The top edge has the Delta symbol with cracks spreading out from its edges
The bottom edge has the 44 Delta skull eyes peering back at you
Back Face:
The top edge reads "44 Delta"
The bottom edge has the full 44 Delta skull on display
Left/Right Sides:
Both the left and right side feature a graphic element sometimes found in other 44 Delta products. It is the Delta symbol surrounded by truncated concentric rings.
Each lock has its own unique bitting and comes with two keys. American Lock really does a sad job of packaging their own locks, leaving the keys loose to bang against the lock body. After etching, 44 Delta cleans the locks up with 99% IPA, and repackages them to protect the etched lock from damage in shipping.
This item is slightly marked up because it is intended to generate a bit of additional revenue that 44 Delta uses to continue to innovate. And because it is considered a collectible.
